At the USATF Convention and during the annual Jesse Owens Hall
of Fame Banquet, Gary Westerfield was presented with the
prestigious Robert Giegengack Award which is awarded annually to
a person who excels in contributing to the excellence and high
standards of the sport of Athletics. Gary has been a very active
member of our association including founding member, past
President, Race Walk Chair and current Treasurer. Gary is a real
credit to our association and we congratulate him on receiving
this great honor!
There have been some internal changes to the USATF Mandated
