Entry Instructions for USATF Long Island members

1. Go to website: www.athletic.net
2. You must add your team to the site before you can add athletes - check the box "add team". If you are an unattached athlete - check the box "add unattached athlete". Follow on-screen instructions.
3. PAYMENT ONLINE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION.
4. Online registration starts Monday, May 27 and ends Wed, June 12 at 5:00pm. ​Date of Birth verification ends Wednesday, June 12 @ 1:00pm - NO EXCEPTIONS!
5. Only six (6) athletes can be entered for the Relay in each age group for each relay.
6. If you qualify (finish in the top eight (8) in your event) and wish to advance to the Junior Olympic Regional meet, you must declare ONLINE.
7. Information on Regional meet is on the website www.long-island.usatf.org

** Please Note: Multis and Hammer will not be contested but you will still need to enter online to be waived to Regionals. Please enter a seed time for both events. Multis would need a seed time for each event.**
