The course

We will be using the high school & college cross country courses including at least two hay bale barriers which athletes must jump over, step on or step over.

Top three overall Male & Female in Youth, Open & Masters, in the following individual age groups: Male & Female –19 & under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90 plus. Ribbons to all Youth finishers!
